My Sister's first blog

Hi Frineds,

My sister observing me writing the blog, complained to Mom and Dad that they are not helping her to write blog and that she also wanted to write one.

As my sister (Bhavya) dictated and written by Mom, posting this blog.

Roger has won many matches with Jokovic and he got big cup and Jokovic got a plate trophy. I'm happy because I did wall practice. I play rallies with my sister but not everyday.

Maanya is playing well but I like her match when maanya played with Oyin. But she is learning but not able to do, but she is trying, but she should learn more and then only she will win many matches and she will get a big cup.

When I grow big I will also win matches and I will play with my sister. I want to play with Roger Federer and other matches which we see on TV.

I watched so many days jungle juction (She meant Jungle Book) and kids channel. I love that channel and see many programs in that channel.

I love my school and I am in first grade already (yesterday she got the report card of UKG). I should not eat junk. I should eat only energy food.

The 1st time I broke the string of my wilson racquet, the 2nd time I broke the racket itself and now the third time I broke a ball. I am very happy that my power in the stroke is increasing.

I have very few days to play tounaments in india. From tomorrow onwards I am going to start fitness at home and in the tennis court.

My sister Bhavya is also learning tennis and she rallies a few balls from the service line. She is also improving a lot.

I was surprised when I heard that Novak Jokovic won against world no.1 tennis player Rafal Nadal in the finals of bnp paribas open in indian wells. I was even more surprised to know that now the world no.2 tennis player is Novok Jakovic and 3rd is Roger Federer. This happened because Roger Federer lost to Novak Jakovic in the semi finals of the same tournament.

I saw Marion Bartoli playing forehand and back hand also double handed. It was the first time I ever saw someone playing like this. She won against Yanina Wickmayer in that match which was a semifinal. In the finals she lost to caroline wozniacki.

My Federer

My favourite player in tennis is Roger Federer. I saw many matches in which Federer won. I believe he wins because he plays calmly and does not hurry while playing. The last match which I saw was Federer playing against Novak Djokovic  in the semifinals of Australian Open. I did not like that match because Federer lost the match. :-(

I like Roger Federer sooooo much that I bought a cap on which the logo "RF" is written.

I also have a video of "RF" about his childhood and younger days downloaded from You Tube (Dad showed this to me).

I like the William Sisters from the women tennis players.

The match I like the most is the match between Svetlana Kuznetsova and Schiavone in the fourth round of Australian Open. In the last set the scores were 16 games for Schiavone and 14 for Swetlana Kuznetsova and Schiavone won the match. It was a very interesting match and was the longest match in the history of womens tennis.Their energy was drained out but fought for every point of the game. It is the most memorable match I ever saw.

I started tennis when i was 7 years old in Bangalore, India. Later when we shifted to Tirupathi I improved my game under the coaching of Mr.P.G.Raju and started playing seriously. Following that we moved to Nigeria and under the new coach Mr.Sunday Igbinovia my game reached a new level now.

Two memorable days: the first day was when my racket strung broke for my shot and the second was when my racket itself broke.













My mother bought a new racket (Head Midplus) for me . Today (7th of March) I got 2 more new rackets (Wilson BLX, from USA) and I want to play with them in my next session.
My coach gave 3 days break as he is travelling and my next class is on 9th of March. I 'll be playing few tournaments across india in the coming April and May. I have three more weeks left to practice tennis before the tournaments.

I practice for two hours every day and my legs and hands pain so much that i can't even walk after my tennis class. But thank god due to my efforts on fitness (Skipping:1000/day, running on steps, jumping on steps and so on for 3 days a week) improved my fitness to withstand the physical needs during the practice sessions.

My serve improved a lot after coming here. I am also able to play long rallies and move around the court with ease.
